NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS: HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

Every time the Sun, Moon and Earth align in Aquarius we get a Chinese New Year. ?Community oriented, good citizenry and rebels with a cause, that’s what this scintillating fixed air (mental) sign has to offer.

In order to avoid speed bumps, these planetary and futuristically focused folk first look for the police in a sparsely populated CostCo parking lot before cutting through it. ?They drive through the stoplight at 3 am in urban areas. They call their congressman or woman when they have pushed the boundaries of governmental intrusion into personal liberties. ?They call out their friends (and lovers/mates too) on their hypocrisy or lack of logic

They go to space. ?Hell, they are from space. ?The brother from another planet going where no one has gone before is an Aquarian. ?Oprah Winfrey who just turned 60 counsels women to not lie about their age. ?She states that lying about your age denies women energetically what it means to own their time on Earth. ?She is an Aquarian. ?(And in the Venus Star Point of Personal Passion (VSPPP) she wears a triple crown). Queen O has Sun (star/spirit), Venus (love/heart) and Venus Star Point (VSP) in Aquarius! ?In her Evening Star phase Ms. Winfrey represents what is inspirational about this concentrated intellectual sign of mid-winter: ?the right and honor to be true to one’s mission, one’s higher calling.

At 3:39 pm on Thursday, January 30, 2014 we here in KC MO shift from the Year of the Water Snake to the Year of the Wood Horse.

Now that you’ve had time to reevaluate what your heart truly desires (‘Snakes know heart’, says Ram Dass), this year its time to put personal ‘horsepower’ into what your particular gifts are to offer to your chosen communities.

So, what spaces are calling you? ?Where are your unexplored passion places? ?Do you know how to express passion without identifying with its energies, thereby becoming attached to what others think? ?Can you drop your need to know everything and learn to trust your heart’s rhythms?

As my favorite Sister Sledge song says ‘let me tell you about/the stars above/man I love’.

To Aquarius, love is universal and without gender.
